We are looking for a motivated and energetic captain for our Libertas 15M, not only to sail our flagship yacht and deliver a great charter experience, but also to represent the Sichterman brand and to help promote subsequent sales from the port of Monaco.

This position naturally requires candidates to present the necessary qualifications.

The ideal candidate has representative appearance and several years of demonstrable experience on similar yachts.

You are familiar with the charter business in the South of France and having commercial experience is a big plus.

Next to this we require you to have technological knowledge about yachts and to be familiar with the Malta flag status.

You speak perfectly English (and preferably also French and/or Dutch). You’ll be responsible for the day to day charter service. This includes the general management of the yacht, cleaning and keeping the yacht in excellent condition also technically.

To do this, you will be working with our yacht management software Deepblue frequently.

Of course this position doesn’t entail a 9 to 5 working mentality and we would expect a sense of responsibility, both inside and outside working hours as you’ll be representing the Sichterman brand.

You are a team player, but also a self-starting professional and able to work alone.
